Defragment("the app") is an application for iPhone and iPad published by xfanta and distributed through the App Store. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the app.

What the app is

Defragment is an animation. It imitates a disk defragmenter for fun; it does not read, write, move, repair or optimise anything on your device, and it does not make your iPhone or iPad faster or its storage tidier.

License

Defragment is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on the Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms and the Apple EULA. The app and its source code are proprietary; you may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell it except as allowed by applicable law or the EULA.

In-app purchases

Defragment Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features; tips are entirely optional. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policy. Features described on this website as coming or in progress may change before they ship.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xfanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
